To prepare you for the ultimate ride, the following training plans are specifically designed for the 2016 Prospera Granfondo Axel Merckx Okanagan. The plans have been prepared by Brad Kahn, strength & conditioning coach at Fortius Sport & Health (located in Burnaby, Lower Mainland).

The training plans are applicable for all distances, including the Cortofondo (55 km), Mediofondo (92 km), Velocefondo (126 km) and Granfondo (160 km). The plans will be continually updated, so check back for more details and additional weeks of training:
